CLIENT NEEDS ASSESSMENT

Estimated time 30 minutes

It is recommended that this assessment always be done first before we look at other offerings.

·        Are you bored with your image?

·        Have you gained/ lost weight?

·        Are your going to a special occasion or hosting one?

It is important at the outset that we meet your expectation of what you aim to chieve by coming to see me. Define your ultimate goal.

Think about the following before your appointment:

·        What part of you and your body are you not happy with?

·        How do you describe yourself as a person?

·        What image are you looking for?

At a "Client Needs Assessment" we take a look at you, what you wear, how you accessories. We speak about "the good, the bad and the ugly" but also about what works, where your strengths are. The following areas are covered:

* Body: Including height/ weight ratio, body shape, bust size. Frame size, posture, stature voice and finger nails.

* Hair: The length, colour and of course your natural colour, your current style and the "type" of hair ie curly, straight etc

* Face: Complexion, skin, eyebrows, eye colour, makeup. We also look for features to highlight.

* Clothing: Tops, bottoms, is your outfit age appropriate or possibly outdated, how do your clothes fit?

* Accessories: Jewelery, hand bag, shoes

* Personality: This is always my favorite as so often we cover up who we are on the inside because of what society dictates. I encourage a "free to be you" theme when we discuss this topic.

* Lifestyle: Always important as there is no point having loads of smart clothes when you work in a factory.

Once we have had the "chat" I put together a report for you which covers areas where I feel you could improve, areas I suggest you highlight more and tips on how to achieve the image you are looking for.
